He recommended buying a new one. Instead, I bought a used one and hired someone to install it. The new technician simply reprogrammed the existing opener, making the purchase unnecessary. In the end, I wasted money on a garage door I didn’t need and paid for two service visits due to the first technician’s incompetence.

Amy was extremely helpful demonstrated the garage door options available through B&M.
There were garage doors with / without windows and a variety of visual placements of the window from which to select a style to purchase.
I selected a windowless option with capping to match. The garage door
is well insulated (R12) and is more resistent to the winter cold.

The support I received from the very beginning has been fantastic. I was able to easily book time to see the door selection in their Mississuaga showroom and it was a very smooth experience getting installation scheduled. Best yet, the door came in on time and the installation tech was a wizard - you could clearly see he was a pro. Very happy with the entire process end-to-end and would highly recommend.
