The trim piece… Read more There isn't enough space for my explanation but end result is that I did not get the door that I wanted and on top of that the trim machine was broken so I had to wait for that. The trim piece does not match the door and is very plain compared to others that I have seen. I asked them to adjust the opener on the door but because it is easy for them to use they said it was fine. The opener is up down as opposed to sideways and is it is very awkward to open the door from the outside as well.

We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with the products. A coloured panel sample was brought out to your house for you to look at to ensure the colour that you chose was correct. We also showed you a sample of the aluminum capping which is a 98% colour match to the door but will always look slightly different as it is smooth and the door is textured. If you want us to change the positioning of the T-lock handle then please call our Georgetown office and we would be more than gladly to come back and adjust this for you.Installed product:

So, good service life from the product. During that time, the doors operated without any problems. The new doors look like an even better quality product. The installation needed some additional work on one of the side door rails and the installer did a great job to get this done.
