Total project would probably cost around $15-$20K. Went to the showroom, picked out the doors, had a service call conducted for measurements and quote. We were told that we would receive the quote within a day or two. We had to follow up two times and each time no one got back to us (1 week later). This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of our time. I guess they do not need our business.

The sales & install teams were very professional.

They have a wide selection of quality products in varying styles and colours. Upon installation of the main entrance door, I noticed minor defects in the trim. Phillip responded to me quickly and immediately agreed to fix and replace the defective trim. No hassles. Pleasure to deal with.
