Amy (sales) was very organized/informative and walked us through the entire process. Gave updates along the way and did not mislead or pressure us in any way. Mark was patient with us as we walked through the showroom answering all of our questions. Kris was very professional doing the install and showed us how to set codes and all features of the garage door opener etc. Would highly recommend B&M
